When one of our client contacted BlackRibun's team to design an order tracking flow for Heads Up for Tails, we were more than excited and full with ideas to create a super cute and functional UI. Team suggested and implemented features like 'live tracking' and precise tracking of ETA.

Understanding requirement: We delved deep into common challenges faced by the user in order tracking flow and understand information priority.
Collaborative ideation: Our design team worked closely with client and team of developer to freeze unusal features like live tracking once order is out for delivery. Team proceeded to create a seamless user experience and vibrant screens allowing user to track their order and align with user's excited emotion to receive the order.

Launch and Beyond: The result? A visually stunning, user-friendly app that eases the process of order tracking and keeps customer informed about the whereabouts of order to maintain transparency and ease them to plan their day comfortably and not worry about being unavailable to receive their order.
